MACHINING

What is it?

Machining processes are all the subsequent work done to a profile so that it comes closer to the shape it requires for the given use. Its objective is to provide it with the shapes and functions it requires in order to look more like a final product.

What is it for?

All machining work allows to streamline the use of aluminum profiles for the function for which it is required. With this, the profile goes from being a generic material for various uses to become a specific product for a specific purpose.

At FEMEC we have the following machining processes

  1. Double miter saw
    1. Cutting height is 325 mm, cutting width is 222 mm; Minimum cut in 90 degrees with both heads at the same time. (INOMACHINERY, 2021)
  2. 4 Axis CNC Profile Machining Center
    1. Machine net processing length is 7.300 mm; Profile processing dimensions 350 mm X 350 mm (INOMACHINERY, 2021)
  3. Cutting Saw
    1. Capacity: Height 127 mm; width 300 mm; Length 300 mm (INOMACHINERY, 2021)
